Each of these services are available to our students throughout phases of their course. You can return here to choose when you are reading to schedule each service individually.

One-on-One Tutoring:

Our tutoring program is designed to help students stay on track and avoid falling behind. Typical sessions last between 30 to 60 minutes, with additional time available based on individual needs and goals. Through online tutoring, we effectively address common challenges by providing one-on-one or small group sessions, ensuring personalized attention in a short weekly time commitment.

We uphold high standards of quality by rigorously vetting each tutor to ensure they meet the specific needs of our students. Our online format fosters a more personal connection and encourages meaningful discussions while minimizing overall screen time.

If you haven’t experienced online tutoring before, we encourage you to schedule your first session and see the benefits for yourself. For many students and subjects, online tutoring proves to be just as effective as in-person tutoring, all while offering the convenience of learning from the comfort of your home at a time that suits you best.

Pricing:

Your first session is free of charge. Additional tutoring can be scheduled on individual 'as needed' basis. Rates vary by course specialty & modality. All pricing is for one-on-one tutoring.

Job Interview Coaching:

This class is introduced during the final two weeks of your course to help you prepare for your transition into a career as a Medical Coder. Regardless of where you are on your career path, the coaching webinar will assist you in clarifying your goals. You will learn to identify your strongest specialty areas, recognize those that require further development or training, and strategize for advancing in your current role or pivoting to a new one.

Your coach will serve as your accountability partner, leveraging their extensive industry experience to help you navigate the complexities of the Medical Coding profession. Shemar Enterprises coaches are thoroughly vetted within the healthcare infrastructure, ensuring that you are matched with a coach who has experience across various coding specialties. Our coaches not only excel in coaching but also bring an average of 25 years of management experience, with 50% having held leadership positions in coding.

Pricing:

Students receive two (2) free sessions free of charge and is included in your course curriculum and is introduced during your last 2 weeks of your course. Students should be prepared with a copy of their completed Resume for a "Mock" interview. Additional coaching can be scheduled on individual 'as needed' basis. Rates may vary by Individual Coaches.
